The usual crowd on youtube are suggesting this is a massive UFO but its more likely to be a storm or the result of image processing, which is not unusual on the red planet.
If it is a storm Its very unlikely the cause of the curiously rovers mysterious failure as its no where near where the rover was last reported.
If you look at the official images from the Mars Express you will note the anomaly does not move, this could indicate that its a geological feature highlighted by bad processing and lighting which is more likely in this case.
My advice is simple, don't get your information from dubious sources like hoax youtube channels who are more interested in clicks than presenting the actual facts, stay in the light.
