Alien Spaceship Hovers Over Parking Lot?

Interesting video from Youtuber Shaun Davis who filmed a ring shaped object hovering in the sky above a walmart parking lot, could it be a UFO?

Mr. Davis narrates the video and describes the object as a perfect circle with lights around it, and claims its the weirdest thing he has ever seen.

He also states that the object is not a reflection of something on the ground.

The video was apparently filmed in Wallingford CT, and looks very similar to a recent ring shaped UFO that was reported in two separate incidents over Minnesota, link and footage below.
