Glowing UFO Filmed Over Maceió, Brazil.

Reports are coming in from various locations in Maceió, Brazil concerning a huge glowing object hanging in the sky. Could it be a flare or something else?

The unidentified phenomena has even made the local news, at first the local residents believed the object was a sea flare, but officials have stated they have not had any reports or alerts from anyone in distress. 

Maceió is the capital city of the state of Alagoas, on the east coast of Brazil.
